Customer grants approval to Classic Memories to proceed with their order and accepts the prices posted on the website. Orders made online are paid in full. Orders made in person adhere to the following payment details. Deposits are non-refundable. Customer agrees to pay the amount due when the order is completed, upon receipt of Classic Memories’ email notification or phone call. Payment can be made in cash upon delivery of the order, or can be processed with Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or a Credit Card prior to delivery. No personal checks for final payment. Customer agrees to take delivery within 14 days of notification of job completion. All materials will be returned to the Customer after job completion and when final payment is received. Customer agrees to sign for the delivery upon receiving their job and accepts Classic Memories’ policy of no refunds because our services are custom.
If Customer’s payment is delayed after the two week period, Customer understands and agrees a late fee of 25% of the total cost of the job will be added to the amount due, per week, for every week Customer is negligent in making payment. If Customer has not made the final payment with late fees after 30 days of the initial notification, the job will be considered abandoned and no further attempts will be made to return your materials.
Due to the nature of our custom products and services, Classic Memories does not offer refunds. Customer has (14) fourteen days from the receipt of their order to review their order, digital files, returned media (DVDs, CD, etc.), including USB drives, and contact Classic Memories® with concerns. If an error is made by Classic Memories®, Classic Memories® will correct it if possible. Customer understands that Classic Memories is unable to process corrections or address any other issues with customer’s order after (14) fourteen days from the receipt of their order. Classic Memories will hold customer’s digital files, if applicable, from customer’s order for a period of 2 months and Classic Memories will delete customer’s files after that period.
By providing an email address, customer agrees to receive Classic Memories’ email newsletter, which may include promotional offers. Customer’s email address will not be shared with third parties. To be removed, customer can either unsubscribe or email sales@classicmemories.com stating they like to be removed from the email list.
Customer understands that Classic Memories does not offer support for 3rd party devices, software, and services. The customer would need to contact the appropriate 3rd party company for further assistance.
