Lisa provides customers with product information and options, in addition to addressing concerns and educating them on the need to preserve their memories. She works on the day-to-day operations and has over three decades of experience as a marketing professional, including customer service and new product development in various marketing fields.
Lisa graduated with a B.B.A. in Business Management from Iona College. She sees every day as an opportunity to learn and share with others. She loves meeting new people and takes great pride in giving personalized attention and knowing her company is providing a great service of preserving memories for generations to enjoy.
Neil looks forward to meeting and interacting with new customers, as he continues to evolve his role in creating and offering new leading-edge, quality-oriented services. With his extensive graphic arts knowledge and life experience, he is passionate about preserving, restoring and revitalizing one’s photographs, videos, audio recordings and more.
Neil has over 30 years of experience which includes digital retouching, 3D product rendering, prepress production, digital photography and video editing, as well as website design and development. This, coupled with his corporate expertise as a creative professional enables him to deeply understand the industry and clients’ needs to deliver the best product solutions.
